Police say a woman was left with a painful welt after she was hit during a drive-by paintball attack in downtown Des Moines.
Twenty-year-old Shelby Lilly was hit on a hip around 1:15 a.m. Sunday as a car drove by.
A police officer soon found and pulled over a vehicle matching
the description Lilly gave. There were four people and a paintball
Police say the four were released pending further investigation
because it wasn't certain who fired the gun.
