A woman driving a pickup crashed into a South Lincoln home Tuesday afternoon.
According to Lincoln Fire and Rescue, around 3:30 p.m. a woman was traveling east on Randolph attempting to turn south on 29th Street when the gas pedal got stuck.
She clipped a parked truck and went straight into the house, stopping in a bedroom. Officials said the truck pinned the bed against the wall but fortunately, no one was home at the time.
After the accident, the woman driving the truck got out and refused medical treatment.
Neighbors tell 10/11 News that children live in the rental home and the woman driving the truck lives across the street. They said the home has undergone several renovations in past years.
