Update: Arrest Made In Shooting

An arrest has been made in the shooting of an Omaha woman Thursday morning.

Police say 26-year-old Rebecca Earlywine was shot around 2 a.m. inside her residence near 29th and S streets. Earlywine was in critical but stable condition at Creighton University Medical Center.

Police say 19-year-old William Harris was booked for attempted murder first-degree and use of a weapon to commit a felony.

According to first responders at the scene, Earlywine let Harris in, the two got into an argument and shots were fired.
