Wildfire Fence Repair
The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission says it will contact landowners to coordinate replacement of fences lost to wildfires on agency land in northwest Nebraska this year.
Commission deputy director Tim McCoy says staffers who manage wildlife and parks will contact neighbors to determine priorities in replacing fences for pastures that will be used for grazing early next year.
McCoy says the commission will be flexible on contractors and work agreements.
