Wedding Photos Over Due

Keri and Justin Johnson have been married almost four months but have yet to see their wedding photos. The couple paid Iconic Photography $2,000 but still no pictures from pre wedding to cake cutting.
Keri said, 'We don't have a picture of our rings together at our wedding."

Iconic Photography of Omaha has 12 complaints on file with the Better Business Bureau, primarily from newly weds still waiting for completed wedding packages.

Justin Johnson said, "You spend $2,000 expecting to get results or verification they are working on it but we got no response."

Iconic Photography owner Jeff Pope said he's behind processing wedding albums but not out of business. Pope said, "Every body's photos are in tact, safe and sound. Its just getting it done. I'll work with the Better Business Bureau to do so."

BBB President Jim Hegarty said, "He's been in touch with our complaint coordinator who is managing all these consumers files and he's indicated he's going to work with us to deliver these photos."

Pope promises to have the Johnson's wedding photos finished by the end of the week.

Justin and Keri said a refund is what they want because you can't retake wedding pictures. Keri said, "We want to look back at our memories of that day that goes by so fast."
