An Omaha restaurant reopened Saturday after a water main break forced it to close Friday night.
The break happened near the Texas Roadhouse at 156th Street and West Dodge Road. Because the restaurant was without water, it had to shut down early at 6:30 p.m.
“The food that we lost that was already in production, made for the night's business, had to be thrown away so we lost that as well as the night's revenue,” said restaurant manager David Boese.
MUD was able to fix the break by 9:30 p.m.
