A few Omaha homeowners are dealing with a real headache after a water main break near 72and and Woolworth Tuesday afternoon.
The break blasted two homes in the area and it took MUD crews more than an hour to turn the water off.
Paula Coburn, a neighbor, tells Channel Six that one of homeowners is out of town.
“You know I think that anybody that comes home to something like this is just going to be amazed when they come home to see how much the water is doing this damage,” says Coburn.
Channel Six doesn’t know what led up to the break, but the area was blocked off while crews worked.
There are some apartments in the area that may have gotten some water damage in their garages.
