The water’s running again. Heartland of America Park, near the ConAgra campus, is bubbling with picturesque streams.
The fountain complex has been restored and it's back in full operation.
Last week, the City Parks Department told WOWT 6 News that for the first time in years, the complex is fully functional.
It's not just the fountain but the cascade waterfall as well.
It took several years to complete at a cost about a $1 million in FEMA money. The federal dollars were the result of the damage from storms and the flooding in 2011.
