Abortion foes will march through Lincoln next week in the annual Nebraska Walk for Life.
The event is a demonstration against Roe vs. Wade, the landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion issued 40 years ago.
The walk will be held January 19th and is sponsored by Nebraska Right to Life. Following a brief ceremony at the State Capitol, participants will walk down 14th Street to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Student Union.
Carol Tobias, president of the National Right to Life Committee, will give the keynote speech at the end of the walk.
