A Solon, Iowa man has been arrested on suspicion of placing audio and video recording devices inside a portable restroom.
The Dubuque County Sheriff's Department says 48-year-old Donald Born turned himself in to authorities Wednesday. He faces two charges of trespassing.
Authorities say the devices were found June 3rd at a baseball field near a high school in Cascade. Middle school students were playing a game at the time and a student reported finding a suspicious device in the portable restroom.
Born was released after posting a $300 bond.
