Police say speed mixed with Sunday night's snowy conditions may be to blame for a deadly crash on Highway 75 in north Omaha.
Just after 9:45 p.m. Sunday, a man driving a white 2000 Chrysler van going west on the Storz Expressway turned to go south onto Highway 75. He lost control of his vehicle and hit a guardrail twice. He was ejected from the van.
Officers identify that driver as 58-year-old Roy Tiller from Omaha. He was rushed to the Nebraska Medical Center in critical condition but later died from his injuries. Police say he was not wearing a seat belt.
