The vandals who shattered 10 vehicle windows in an Omaha neighborhood Tuesday morning are being sought.
Residents of the Eldorado area near 144th and Dodge woke up to find broken glass and missing valuables, including wallets, coins, backpacks and sunglasses. It's likely all of the owners face the expense of replacing the windows on their own because of insurance deductibles.
“It’s not safe to have somebody out like that running around and doing random acts, especially we have the dog in the house and she didn't even bark so it’s worrisome when people are like that,” said victim Jennifer Hall.
Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department at 402-444-6000.
