An online database of Nebraska government spending is getting an upgrade.
Nebraska State Treasurer Don Stenberg says he will announce a
"major improvement" to the website on Thursday.
The website, NebraskaSpending.gov, was created in 2007 to provide financial information about government spending and receipts.
It is maintained by the State Treasurer's Office.
The site allows database searches of 77 state agencies by dates,
dollar amounts, and people and businesses that received payments.
