A Lincoln man has served his 30 days in jail for taking a beer from a college senior.
On Thursday, Nehemiah Winters, 35, pleaded No Contest to a reduced charge of Disturbing the Peace. The original charge was Terroristic Threats.
In April, a Lincoln woman told police she thought he had a knife when he grabbed a Pabst Blue Ribbon from the patio party and took off running.
Lincoln police say he was armed with a fork.

In a world where the wrongs are often highlighted on the news, we found a man who is trying to make things right. Monday night, a beer distributor met with the victim of an armed robbery in Lincoln.
"We're really sorry what happened to you last week with someone taking your beer from you,” said Rick Birdsell.
Last Thursday at 11pm in Lincoln at the corner of 11th & G, a man walked up to the patio and wanted a beer.
"We asked them to leave and one guy showed what looked like a knife,” said Jessica Robertson.
The man ran off with a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon.
A short time later, Lincoln police escorted the man back to the patio to be identified and arrested.
He hadn't even finished the beer. "They came and poured it out. What a shame. What a shame,” said Robertson, an advertising major at UNL.
Now that's where Rick Birdsell comes in. He works for Pabst. The company saw the WOWT web story and wanted to help.
He even carried the new cases of beer to her place and joined her friends for a drink.
Only in a college town can you go from a robbery victim to something potentially legendary.
After all, how often do you get the beer man to come to your party?
"My parents will be so proud,” said Jessica Robertson.

A Lincoln man has been arrested for robbing a woman of her can of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.
Nehemiah Winters implied that he had a knife when he stole the can.
He was found several blocks away with the can which, by then, was partially consumed.
Police did find that he was armed with a fork.
