The suspect Omaha's latest homicide appeared in court Tuesday morning. Colleen Cannon has been charged with second degree murder for the death of Darryel Fields. She is being held on no bond, and faces from twenty years to life in prison if convicted.

Omaha police say Colleen Cannon had been up all night, drinking with Darryel Fields. Fields reportedly dropped a glass, and the two got into an argument. The argument escalated into a fight which ended with Cannon stabbing Fields.
