For one night only, the 7M Grill in northwest Omaha was home to a truly unique dish.
The restaurant at 156th and West Maple Rd. served dishes from a pig raised on Templeton mash.
That mash is used to make Templeton Rye, a whiskey from Iowa. The company recently raised 25 pigs on the mash, and gave them to lucky restaurants.
7M was picked out of 200 contenders in four countries to receive one of the pigs.
