Omaha Police have arrested a second man in the death of 21-year old Alonso Hurtado on Sept 2.
Police say 17-year-old Kriss Flores has been booked for his involvement in the shooting death of Hurtado.
Flores will be charged as an adult for Second Degree Murder, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, and Discharge of a Firearm Near a Vehicle or Building.
Last week, 27-year-old Rudy Gil appeared in court for his alleged part in the murder.
Gil was also charged with Second Degree Murder in the death of Hurtado.
A judge set Gil's bond at $2 million. Gil will need to post $200,000 in order to be released from jail.
Court documents indicate Gil was the driver of a car with two others inside that pulled up next to another vehicle at 25th and L streets Sept. 2.
Words were exchanged and someone in Gil's vehicle pulled a gun and fired several rounds into the other vehicle, wounding Hurtado, who died of his injuries two days later.
