A bull that escaped its enclosure earlier this week in Des Moines has made another bid for freedom.
On Monday, the bull got loose and headed for a cornfield near the Iowa State Fairgrounds. It took a team of horseback riders a few hours to find and lasso him.
The same bull did it again early Friday - and rammed a police car.
The bull repeatedly escaped from being cornered while officers waited for animal control and the bull's owner to arrive. When police tried to stop from bull from heading toward a street from the fairgrounds, it charged the patrol car, leaving a big dent in the rear passenger door. Damage to the car is estimated at $500.
