Bond was set Thursday morning in Sarpy County Court at 10 percent of $10,000 for Edward Scott, charged with his third DUI.
The 45-year-old was stopped by Bellevue police near 19th and Chandler Road around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
It is his third-offense DUI, but Scott's drinking and driving record goes back to February 1987. His sixth DUI arrest was in December 2006, but prosecuted as a second-offense DUI.
