A new series of seminars by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is looking for the next "big idea."
The Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources' Big Idea Seminars begin September 12th. They will cover a broad area of research topics, from landscapes to wind power and tourism. Other seminars in the series will be held October 10th, 24th, November 14th and 30th.
David Jackson, associate dean of UNL's Ag Research Division, says the seminars are intended to get people learning and talking about different issues and generating new ideas, learning new things and coming up with new ideas for working together.
