Two suspects arrested on theft charges.Guns among items stolen.
The Cassgram reports Cass County Sheriff, William C. Brueggemann says the arrests are in relation to a theft that had occurred between October 3rd and October 16th from a camper parked in the driveway of a Beaver Lake home. The stolen items were two rifles valued at over $2500, and an LCD television valued at $100.
Keith Marshall, 22, of Beaver Lake was arrested for felony theft by unlawful taking, possession of a stolen firearm, and theft by receiving stolen property. The other party arrested is a juvenile and is facing similar charges. A third person is also believed to be involved and charges are pending.
All the stolen items were recovered and will be returned to the owner pending court proceedings.
