Girls Softball agreement renewed for two more years. Two schools will play as one.
The Cassgram reports the Louisville and Weeping Water school boards both voted unanimously to approve a two year extension of the cooperative agreement that puts the Cass County Central Crush softball team on the field each fall, according to the (pending) minutes of each board’s November meetings.
The black and gold Crush first took the field in 2008. Crush was chosen as the nickname as it melds a common denominator between the two communities, the rock quarry operations.
