A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect until midnight Sunday for much of eastern Nebraska, including Omaha. A tornado watch is in effect until 10 p.m. for Nebraska counties south of the metro and a large portion of western Iowa, including Council Bluffs.
Bellevue Police are trying to piece together what led up to an accident late Sunday night.
It happened near 23rd & Cornhusker shortly after 10 p.m.
The accident involved a silver sedan & black pickup truck. It's not clear what driver was at fault.
Police say one person was taken to Nebraska Medical Center in critical condition. Another person was transported to Bellevue Medical Center with less-serious injuries.
