An arrest has been made in connection with a shooting at an Omaha home Saturday night that left four wounded, including the man taken into custody.
It happened near North 63rd and Hamilton streets around 9:15 p.m.
Nineteen-year-old Mick Foley was taken to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition. His father, 52-year-old Robert Foley, was also hospitalized. His wounds were not as severe.
Robert Foley's wife told Channel 6 News Sunday her husband and son were at home when someone knocked on the door. She says when Robert opened the door, at least one man forced his way in and started shooting. She says her son grabbed a gun and shot back.
A short time later, two men, 24-year-old Benjamin Rife and 31-year-old Nicholas Rife, arrived at Methodist Hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. Police say they were shot at the home, but have not disclosed what led up to the gunfire.
Benjamin Rife was booked for attempted robbery.
