Two men were taken to the hospital with minor injuries after one man was kicked out of a late night party.
Just before 2:30 a.m. Friday, Lincoln Police were called to the 900 block of N. 42nd Street for a large fight in the street.
According to Sergeant Steve Wiese, when officers arrived, most of the people had left.
Numerous hats and other personal items were found on both sides of the road.
Wiese said the incident started after one man was not happy at being asked to leave the party. The man slashed tires on one of the resident's cars and threw rocks at a window of the home.
Several people from the party confronted the suspect and somewhere between 20 and 30 people are believed to have been fighting when police arrived.
The suspect and another man were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The suspect was cited for vandalism.
The suspect and several others could still receive citations once police finish their investigation.
There was no information about the value of the slashed tires or the window.
