Two women were injured in an accident involving three vehicles on northbound I-680 just north of Dodge Street Saturday afternoon.
A witness told Channel 6 News that a vehicle changed lanes causing a car to take evasive action around 2 p.m. The car went down an embankment landing on its roof, injuring the two women inside. Their conditions have not been released.
“By the time I got down there she was trying to crawl out of the car and she fell out of the car into a ravine, so she probably fell four or five feet at that point, then a bunch of other people showed up,” said Ron Prinz, a driver who stopped to help.
The other vehicle spun around and came to a stop on the shoulder. A third vehicle was clipped and sustained minor damage.
