Two people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle accident in Omaha Saturday afternoon.
A Douglas County Sheriff's Department deputy told WOWT 6 News a northbound SUV with a family of five was stopped at the light at the intersection of South 204th Street and West Center Road when it was rear-ended by a car.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital by medical helicopter. One of the occupants of the SUV went to the hospital by ambulance for injuries not thought to be life threatening.
