Two people were killed and four injured in a collision between a car and an SUV about a mile west of Fremont Saturday night.
The Dodge County Sheriff's Department is investigating the cause of the accident on Highway 30 near Dutch Hall Road around 11:15 p.m. A westbound SUV crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a car, killing the SUV driver and a passenger in the car. One of the injured was taken from the scene by medical helicopter.
The names of the victims and extent of the injuries have not been released.
