Here are the headlines from Tuesday's Bloomberg Market Report.

The cleanup of an oil spill on the Mississippi is clogging transport on the river. According to the U.S. Coast Guard, almost 800 barges are backed up on the river's southern portion. The delay is putting pressure on shippers who typically carry nearly $3 billion worth of goods on the waterway in January.

From one spill to another, BP won final approval of a guilty plea resolving all criminal charges for 2010's Deepwater Horizon Disaster. The oil guant will pay $4 billion for its mishandling of the rig, which led to 11 deaths and the worst oil spill in U.S. history.

Are you due for a trip to the doctor? According to a new CDC report, vaccination rates among adults are unacceptably low for a variety of illnesses, including shingles and HPV. The research found only 20% of adults are protected against pneumonia, that's a third of the 60 percent the CDC says is necessary.
