It might be a good time to refinance. Zillow says 30-year fixed mortgage rates fell to a new record low of 3.16 percent.
Netflix had a big win Tuesday. The online video service announced it will get exclusive rights to show Disney movies shortly after they finish their runs in theatres. The deal will begin in 2016.
