Trial is set for a Kearney man suspected of videotaping a woman taking a shower.
The Kearney Hub (http://bit.ly/MrryqK ) says 25-year-old Anthony Quintana is charged in Buffalo County District Court with felony unlawful intrusion. His trial is set for Aug. 6.
Quintana has waived his right to a jury trial, and his case will be heard by a judge.
Quintana allegedly videotaped the woman showering at his home in August 2011. Officials say the woman in March gave police a copy of the video and a picture that came from Quintana's computer.
Quintana faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
