I-80 westbound to close briefly for sign mounting near Greenwood.
The Cassgram reports that on Thursday night (11/29) the westbound lanes of I-80 near Greenwood will be closed at 11pm, according to the Nebraska Department of Roads.
Westbound I-80 traffic will be detoured at the Greenwood Interchange (Exit 420). Traffic will be routed north on Highway 63 to Highway 6 and then west on Highway 6 to the Waverly Interchange (Exit 409). Detours will be removed and the I-80 traffic will resume by 6am Friday. The closure will allow the contractor to erect a Dynamic Message Sign near the 148th Street overpass.
