A car pulled over by Omaha police Monday morning for a window tint violation led to the arrest of a man for carrying a concealed and unregistered gun.
When the car was stopped at North 44th and Cuming streets around 1 a.m., officers detected the odor of marijuana inside. A search turned up a handgun and a bag of marijuana.
Twenty-four-year-old Maurice Tillman was booked for carrying a concealed weapon and having an unregistered firearm.
The driver, 23-year-old Andrew Borys, was cited for marijuana possession and the window tint violation.
