Three Omaha men are expected to recover after being shot Friday morning.
Twenty-seven-year-old Rico Larry, 22-year-old Anthony Dunn and 21-year-old Paul Simms were wounded while walking to their cars at 31st and K streets just before 2 a.m. near a club where an off-duty police officer was working security. He found the victims in the street.
A fourth man was checked out by medics after hurting his ankle running from the scene.
“There were like seven gunshots,” said neighborhood resident Santiago Vega. “I was sleeping, they woke me up. I went outside to see. I hear screaming and just went to the back yard and saw police coming and some people were running."
Police are looking for a dark-colored Jeep in connection with the shooting.
