Omaha and Bellevue police teamed up to find two people involved in a crash in Mandan Park Friday morning.
An officer spotted a pickup driving recklessly near South 24th and Jefferson streets around 2 a.m. That officer came across tire tracks going across grass about a mile away from the park and went to investigate.
He found the truck had struck a tree and heard several people running in the woods. A Bellevue K-9 unit was called to the scene and officers found two people. They believe a third person involved is still at large.
The two caught weren't carrying identification and were cited for park curfew violations.
