Southeast Nebraska, southwest Iowa and northwest Missouri until 4 a.m. Sunday. This includes Omaha, Council Bluffs and Lincoln.
A suspect who eluded police for several days was arraigned Wednesday morning in the Douglas County Jail Courtroom. Judge Craig McDermott set bond for 25-year-old Matthew Miller at $20,000.
Miller was wanted for theft by receiving after police found a stolen 2002 Chevy truck with Miller's fingerprints inside. The theft victim told police he did not know Miller. The truck also had a trailer with lawn equipment which was stolen, but that hasn't been found.
Miller will be back in court on September 14th for a preliminary hearing.
