The Philippines is still reeling from a devastating earthquake that struck on Tuesday, and the weather is not helping.
The quake registered 7.1 on the Richter Scale and was centered over the city of Catigbian on Bohol Island.
Unfortunately, the weather is not cooperating for clean-up and recovery efforts. Scattered showers and storms today will likely linger across the region for the next few days. In fact, some showers and storms could prompt landslides and localized flooding.
