A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect until midnight Sunday for much of eastern Nebraska, including Omaha. A tornado watch is in effect until 10 p.m. for Nebraska counties south of the metro and a large portion of western Iowa, including Council Bluffs.
Two teenagers were involved in a rollover crash near 192nd and Cornhusker in Sarpy County Sunday morning.
The father of one of the girls said they apparently hit some gravel, sending the SUV off the road just before 1 a.m.
The girls were taken to the hospital to be checked.
