A 14-year-old boy is suspected of phoning in a threat to Waterloo Regional Airport on April Fools' Day.
Police say the threat was called in around 2:50 p.m. on Friday and warned of an imminent terrorist attack.
Police notified airport officials and the airport was checked.
Waterloo Capt. Tim Pillack says no flights were delayed.
According to the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier, a check of phone data led police to the boy, who lives in Raymond.
The boy's been released and his case was sent to juvenile court.
