A teenager accused of playing a role in a deadly crash has pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor charges. Investigators say Quinton Amundson, 16, was street-racing when the other car crashed, killing three of the four teenagers inside.
Amundson is charged with willful reckless driving, racing on the highway, and driving left of center. All of the charges are misdemeanors.
The Fremont teenager is set to appear in court on August 6th, for a pretrial hearing.
The Dodge County Sheriff says Amundson was racing Jackson Blick in early June, when Blick lost control and crashed. Blick, Tyler Walling and Trey Hansen were killed.
A third passenger, Jake Burnside, survived.
