Police arrested an Omaha teen after finding a stolen gun in his waistband.
Officers on patrol around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday noticed a car without license plates in the area of 22nd and Binney. After it parked in the driveway of a house at 20th and Binney, two occupants got out and ran into the back yard.
Police spoke to the driver, who said he did not know who the two passengers were. Officers found one of the passengers a short time later and noticed he was holding his waistband. A loaded handgun was found in his possession.
Eighteen-year-old Diontrey Rodgers was booked for possession of a stolen firearm.
