A 19-year-old Fremont teen was arrested over the weekend after being accused of breaking into vehicles in the 100 block of North Pershing Road.
Deputy Chief Jeff Elliott located the suspect, Jonathan Booze, who was intoxicated and yelling and swearing. Elliott said Booze also was found with items that were believed to have been stolen.
Booze was arrested for theft by exercising control, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol.
