Suspect Shows More Than His Face

Business owner Hans Schroeder can laugh about the suspect in a recent burglary. He certainly knows who the butt of the joke is. Now other West Omaha business owners are curious if the guy with the loose fitting pants is responsible for burglaries on the same night.

John Meyer thinks it's possible but without video at his Helping U Barbecue store, it will be tough to prove. His HUB location off 156th & West Dodge Road is just a few miles away from Schroeder's Wake N Skate Boardhouse. In both burglaries the glass on the bottom of the door was broken allowing the suspect to squeeze in and out.

Schroeder posted some of the pictures he has of the suspect on his store's Facebook page asking for tips. "Actually one of his ex-wives or girlfriends saw his picture and helped us. She came in and looked at the video and started shaking," said Schroeder.

Police have made one arrest, a woman believed to be an accomplice in the crime but still nothing from OPD on whether the man you see in the video has been booked.
