Omaha Police have arrested a suspect in a July 6th shooting that sent two men to the hospital. Marcus Magness has been booked for felony assault.
Magness was located by the Fugitive Task Force Tuesday afternoon.
He is accused in the shooting of 24-year-old Shawn Smith Jr. and 22-year-old Stanley Taylor.
The shooting happened at 36th and Pratt around 2:15 p.m. The shooter opened fire from a passing Jeep. Smith and Taylor were taken to the hospital for treatment.
A warrant was eventually issued for Magness leading to his arrest on Tuesday.
