Suspect Arrested in Bank Break-In

An Omaha man is facing six counts of burglary after breaking into the First National Bank at 13310 West Maple Road on Sunday night. Jose Sanchez, 21, was arrested as he left the building.

It happened around 8 p.m.

Officers were sent to the scene to investigate a burglary in progress. Bank security advised them that an unauthorized person was in the building being observed on surveillance cameras.

Police made contact with Sanchez as he was walking out the front door.

He was taken into custody.
