Visitors to a University of Nebraska-Lincoln museum will have a chance to learn about telescopes and the night sky at an upcoming event.
The "Sunday with a Scientist" event is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 at the University of Nebraska State Museum of Natural History. The event will be led by amateur astronomers at Morrill Hall.
A previously scheduled topic for September about agate fossil beds has been postponed.
The event series highlights the work of museum scientists, as well as those from other university departments and institutions.
