The Congressional Budget Office reports incomes of the richest Americans have jumped a whopping 275% since 1979.
The average salary for the top one percent is $347,000.
Poor people are earning more, too - but their income only rose 18% in 30 years.
They're averaging 14,000 a year. The middle class saw a 40% jump.
It means the wealthy are getting richer 15 times faster than america's poor.
The report points out high salaries for c-e-o's and sports stars and entertainers -- and blames social security benefits going to everyone, regardless of income.
