Stolen items recovered in Louisville. The Cassgram reports Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Wednesday, Cass County sheriff’s deputies received a report of a stolen four-wheel all-terrain vehicle being spotted in a pickup. Deputies observed the pickup in the area of 6th & Main Street in Louisville.
One of the registered owners was contacted and the sheriff’s department obtained permission to search the truck. During the search deputies found a four-wheel all-terrain vehicle reported stolen on Monday of this week from a Weeping Water residence. Tools stolen from that same residence were also located in the pickup. The stolen items were processed and returned to their owner.
Possession of stolen property and theft charges are pending as the investigation continues with multiple suspects.
