A state of Nebraska employee has been arrested on drug charges.
The Nebraska State Patrol arrested Melissa Fabian on Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance.
She was still in the Douglas County Jail as on Wednesday night and had not yet seen a judge for bond.
Channel Six sources confirm Fabain works for Health and Human Services, and was arrested in Omaha at her HHS office.
A witness tells our Mike McKnight that a drug sniffing dog examined a car in the parking lot, and that an office was also searched.
