A Lincoln man is in trouble after deciding to write his opinions on part of the state Capitol. Twenty-five-year-old Adrian Bivens was arrested Thursday morning for unauthorized application of graffiti.
Capitol security cameras caught Bivens writing "don't be a slave to sin" along with a few other comments and his name on the steps of the south side of the capitol.
Police caught up with Bivens and arrested him at South 17th and G streets.
